아쿠아도트 앱은 아직 출시 전입니다. 이 약관은 출시 때 확정하는 초안이며, 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 날짜와 함께 알립니다.
1. 목적
이 약관은 Aquadote. 아쿠아도트의 앱(이하 "앱")과 소개 페이지(aquadote.app)를 쓰는 데 필요한 기본 규칙을 정합니다. 운영자는 이재훈입니다.
2. 회원가입과 탈퇴
- 이메일 또는 Google 계정으로 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 언제든 앱의 '더보기 → 계정 설정 → 회원 탈퇴'로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.
- 계정은 본인만 쓰고, 비밀번호는 스스로 관리해 주세요.
3. 게시물
- 게시물은 이용자가 앱에 올린 게시글, 사진, 영상, 댓글, 후기, 공개한 어항, 등록한 생물 정보를 말합니다.
- 게시물의 저작권은 올린 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 앱과 소개 페이지 안에서 그 게시물을 다른 이용자에게 보여 주는 것에 동의합니다.
- 자기가 찍었거나 쓸 권리가 있는 사진·영상·글만 올려야 합니다.
- 이용자가 등록한 생물 정보는 관리자의 승인 후 도감에 공개됩니다.
4. 올리면 안 되는 것
다음 게시물은 승인하지 않거나, 가리거나, 지울 수 있습니다. 반복되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 다른 사람의 저작권 등 권리를 침해하는 사진·영상·글
- 욕설, 괴롭힘, 음란하거나 폭력적인 내용
- 광고·스팸
- 사실과 크게 다른 생물 정보
- 다른 사람의 개인정보
5. 신고와 차단
- 부적절한 게시물은 글·댓글·생물 화면의 [신고]로 알려 주세요. 관리자가 확인합니다.
- 보고 싶지 않은 사람은 [차단]할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 그 사람의 글·댓글·어항이 나에게 보이지 않습니다.
- 욕설은 앱이 자동으로 가립니다.
- 저작권 침해는 저작권 신고에서 알려 주세요.
6. 생물 등록 사진과 AI 표본 일러스트
- 생물을 등록할 때 올린 사진(원본)은 공개하지 않고, 등록한 이용자와 운영자만 볼 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 운영자가 이 사진을 참고해 "AI 표본 일러스트"를 만들고, 그 그림을 도감에 싣는 것에 동의합니다. 그림을 만들 때 사진은 AI 서비스(OpenAI)로 보내집니다.
- 도감에 실린 그림에는 "AI 표본 일러스트" 표시가 붙습니다.
7. 도감 정보
- 도감 정보는 운영자가 AI 도구로 초안을 만들고 한 번 더 검사해서 올립니다. 그래도 틀린 곳이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 수온·pH 같은 생물 정보와 '같이 키워도 되는지' 결과는 참고용이며, 실제 사육 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 같은 종이라도 개체마다 다를 수 있습니다.
8. 도트 카드와 진주
- 도트 카드, 뽑기권, 진주는 앱 안에서만 쓰는 아이템입니다. 출석과 미션으로 모을 수 있습니다.
- 카드 등급별로 나올 확률은 앱의 뽑기 화면에 공개합니다.
- 유료 아이템이 열리면 결제·환불에 관한 내용을 이 약관에 더하고 미리 알립니다.
9. 소개 페이지에 남기는 글
- '한마디 남겨 주세요'에 남긴 글은 운영자가 확인한 뒤 공개합니다. 공개하지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 링크, 이메일 주소, 전화번호는 남길 수 없습니다.
10. 서비스가 바뀌거나 멈출 때
기능을 더하거나 바꾸거나 점검을 위해 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 페이지에서 미리 알립니다.
11. 약관이 바뀌면
바뀐 내용과 날짜를 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다.

The Aquadote app has not launched yet. These terms are a draft that will be finalized at launch. If anything changes, we will post it here with the date.
1. Purpose
These terms set the basic rules for using the Aquadote. app (the "app") and this website (aquadote.app). The operator is Lee Jaehoon, based in the Republic of Korea. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version applies.
2. Joining and leaving
- You can sign up with an email address or a Google account.
- You can delete your account at any time under More → Account settings → Delete account. This cannot be undone. See how to delete your account.
- Your account is for you only. Please keep your password safe.
3. Your content
- "Content" means the posts, photos, videos, comments, reviews, public tanks and species entries you add to the app.
- You keep the copyright in your content. You agree that we may show it to other users in the app and on this website.
- Only upload photos, videos and text that you made or have the right to use.
- Species entries you submit appear in the guide after an admin approves them.
4. What you may not post
We may decline, hide or remove the following, and may restrict accounts that keep posting it.
- Photos, videos or text that infringe someone else's copyright or other rights
- Abuse, harassment, or sexual or violent content
- Advertising and spam
- Species information that is seriously wrong
- Other people's personal information
5. Reporting and blocking
- Use [Report] on a post, comment or species page to flag a problem. An admin will review it.
- You can [Block] anyone you don't want to see. Their posts, comments and tanks will be hidden from you.
- Abusive language is hidden automatically.

6. Species submission photos and AI specimen illustrations
- The original photo you upload when submitting a species is not public. Only you and the operator can see it.
- You agree that the operator may use the photo as reference to make an "AI specimen illustration" and publish that illustration in the guide. The photo is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to make it.
- Illustrations in the guide are labeled "AI specimen illustration".
7. Species guide
- We draft guide entries with AI tools and check them again before publishing. They may still contain mistakes.
- Species information such as temperature and pH, and compatibility results, are for reference only and do not guarantee any outcome. Individuals of the same species can differ.
8. Pixel cards and pearls
- Pixel cards, draw tickets and pearls are items used only inside the app. You can earn them through check-ins and missions.
- The odds for each card rarity are shown on the draw screen in the app.
- When paid items become available, we will add payment and refund terms here and announce them in advance.
9. Notes on this website
- Notes left on this website appear after we review them. We may choose not to publish a note.
- Links, email addresses and phone numbers cannot be posted.
10. Changes to the service
We may add or change features, or pause the service for maintenance. We will announce important changes in the app or on this page.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post changes and their date on this page and in the app.
