아쿠아도트 앱은 아직 출시 전입니다. 이 안내는 출시 때 확정하는 초안입니다.
Aquadote. 아쿠아도트의 앱이나 소개 페이지에 내 사진·영상·글·그림·음악이 허락 없이 올라와 있다면 아래 방법으로 알려 주세요. 권리자 본인이나 권리자의 대리인이 신고할 수 있습니다.

2. 메일에 적어 주실 것
- 신고하는 분의 이름과 답장받을 이메일 (대리인이면 권리자와의 관계)
- 침해당한 내 저작물이 무엇인지 (원본을 볼 수 있는 주소나 파일이 있으면 함께)
- 아쿠아도트에서 그것이 올라와 있는 곳 (올린 사람의 닉네임, 게시글 내용, 화면 사진)
- 내가 권리자임을 보여 주는 자료
- "위 내용은 사실이며, 허락 없이 사용되었습니다"라는 확인
3. 처리 순서
- 운영자가 신고 내용을 확인합니다. 모자란 내용이 있으면 답장으로 여쭙니다.
- 침해로 보이면 해당 게시물을 먼저 임시로 가립니다.
- 게시물을 올린 사람에게 가린 사실을 알리고, 설명할 기회를 줍니다.
- 확인 결과에 따라 게시물을 지우거나 다시 보이게 하고, 신고하신 분께 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 저작권을 침해한 게시물로 3번 조치를 받은 계정은 이용을 제한합니다.
4. 알아 두실 것
- 사실과 다른 신고로 다른 사람에게 피해를 주면 신고한 분이 책임을 질 수 있습니다.
- 신고에 적어 주신 이름과 이메일은 신고를 처리하는 데에만 씁니다.
- 욕설·광고처럼 저작권이 아닌 문제는 앱의 [신고]로 알려 주세요.

The Aquadote app has not launched yet. This guide is a draft that will be finalized at launch.
If your photo, video, text, artwork or music has been posted in the Aquadote. app or on this website without permission, please let us know as described below. Reports can be sent by the rights holder or their authorized agent.
1. Where to send it
2. What to include
- Your name and a reply email address (and your relationship to the rights holder if you are an agent)
- What your original work is (with a link or file showing the original, if you have one)
- Where it appears in Aquadote (the poster's nickname, what the post says, a screenshot)
- Something that shows you hold the rights
- A statement that the information is accurate and that the work was used without permission
3. What happens next
- We review your report and reply if we need more information.
- If it looks like infringement, we first hide the content temporarily.
- We tell the person who posted it and give them a chance to respond.
- Depending on the outcome we remove the content or restore it, and let you know the result.
- Accounts that receive three copyright actions are restricted.
4. Please note
- You may be responsible for harm caused by a report that is not true.
- We use the name and email in your report only to handle the report.
- For problems other than copyright, such as abuse or spam, use [Report] in the app.
