아쿠아도트 앱은 아직 출시 전입니다. 1부(소개 페이지)는 지금 적용되고, 2부(앱)는 출시 때 확정하는 초안입니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 날짜와 함께 알립니다.

이재훈(이하 "운영자")은 Aquadote. 아쿠아도트의 소개 페이지(aquadote.app)와 앱을 쓰는 분들의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 지킵니다.

1부 · 소개 페이지 (aquadote.app)

1. 모으는 정보

• 소개 페이지는 이메일 주소나 전화번호를 받지 않습니다. 출시 소식은 앱 장터의 사전 등록이나 인스타그램으로 받으실 수 있고, 그때의 정보는 각 서비스(Google, Apple, Instagram)가 자기 방침에 따라 처리합니다.
• 이 페이지에는 운영자가 넣은 쿠키, 방문 분석 도구, 광고 도구가 없습니다. 글꼴도 다른 회사에서 불러오지 않고 이 페이지에 들어 있는 파일을 씁니다.
• 고른 언어, 내가 남긴 글 목록, 그 글을 지울 때 쓰는 열쇠는 방문하신 기기의 브라우저에만 저장됩니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
• 페이지를 전달하고 데이터를 저장하는 회사(아래 4번)가 서비스 운영을 위해 접속 기록(접속 주소, 브라우저 종류 등)을 따로 처리할 수 있습니다.

2. 쓰는 목적

• 별명과 남긴 글: 운영자가 확인한 뒤 소개 페이지에 공개하고, 앱을 만드는 데 참고합니다.
• 접속 주소를 바꾼 값: 같은 곳에서 짧은 시간에 너무 많이 보내는 것(도배·광고)을 막는 데에만 씁니다.

3. 보관 기간

• 공개된 글: 글을 쓴 분이 지우거나 운영자가 내릴 때까지 보관합니다.
• 운영자가 숨긴 글: 숨긴 날부터 30일 뒤에 지웁니다.
• 확인을 기다리는 글: 운영자가 확인해 공개하거나 숨길 때까지 보관합니다.
• 접속 주소를 바꾼 값과 지우기 열쇠를 바꾼 값: 해당 글이 지워질 때 함께 지워집니다.

4. 처리를 맡긴 곳과 국외 이전

페이지를 열거나 글을 보낼 때 인터넷을 통해 넘어가며, 보관 기간은 3번과 같습니다. 다른 곳에 팔거나 넘기지 않습니다.

5. 내 정보를 보거나 지우려면

• 내가 남긴 글: 글을 쓴 기기에서 [지우기]를 누르면 바로 지워집니다. 다른 기기에서 지우거나 고치고 싶으면 hello@aquadote.app으로 알려 주세요.
• 그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요청도 위 메일로 보내 주세요.

6. 만 14세 미만

소개 페이지는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 모으지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만이라면 글 남기기를 하지 말아 주세요. 모은 사실을 알게 되면 바로 지웁니다.

7. 안전하게 지키는 방법

• 페이지와 서버 사이의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.
• 글 목록은 밖에서 직접 읽거나 쓸 수 없게 막아 두었고, 정해진 기능으로만 넣고 꺼냅니다. 공개된 글의 별명·글·날짜만 누구나 볼 수 있습니다.

2부 · 아쿠아도트 앱 (출시 전 초안)

앱이 출시될 때 확정합니다. 출시 전에 기능이 바뀌면 이 부분도 바뀝니다.

8. 앱이 모으는 정보

• 회원가입할 때: 이메일, 비밀번호, 닉네임. 비밀번호는 암호화해서 저장하며 운영자도 알 수 없습니다.
• Google로 로그인할 때: Google이 보내 주는 이메일, 이름(또는 닉네임), 프로필 사진 주소. 닉네임은 임시 닉네임으로 따로 만들며, 받은 이름은 다른 이용자에게 보여 주지 않습니다.
• 프로필에 직접 넣으면: 프로필 사진, 한 줄 소개, 링크 (다른 이용자에게 보입니다).
• 앱을 쓰는 동안: 게시글(사진·영상·글·해시태그), 댓글, 좋아요, 팔로우, 내 어항 기록(어항, 사진, 소개, 키우는 생물, 물갈이·수질 기록, 어항일지), 후기, 즐겨찾기, 등록한 생물 정보와 사진, 신고 내용, 차단한 사용자 목록, 1:1 문의 내용, 도트 카드·진주·출석·미션 기록.
• 다른 이용자에게 보이는 것: 닉네임, 프로필, 게시글, 댓글, 팔로우 관계, 공개한 어항, 후기. 물갈이 같은 할 일 기록과 어항일지는 공개하지 않습니다.
• 생물 등록 사진(원본): 비공개 저장소에 보관하며 올린 본인과 운영자만 볼 수 있습니다. 다른 이용자에게는 이 사진을 참고해 만든 "AI 표본 일러스트"만 보입니다.

9. 앱에서 쓰는 목적

• 회원 확인, 로그인, 비밀번호 찾기
• 커뮤니티(게시글·댓글·팔로우), 도감, 내 어항, 후기, 도트 카드 등 앱 기능 제공
• 생물 등록 사진을 참고한 AI 표본 일러스트 제작과 도감 정보 작성·검수
• 신고 처리, 1:1 문의 답변

10. 앱의 보관 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시 계정, 닉네임, 프로필, 게시글, 댓글, 좋아요, 팔로우, 내 어항 기록, 후기, 즐겨찾기, 문의, 카드, 승인 전 등록 생물, 올린 사진·영상, 생물 등록 사진(원본)을 지웁니다.
• 이미 승인되어 도감에 올라간 생물 정보는 도감 내용으로 남고, 등록자 표시는 지웁니다.

11. 앱의 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

AI 서비스에는 이름·이메일 같은 회원 정보를 보내지 않습니다.

12. 앱에서의 권리

• 닉네임·프로필 사진·한 줄 소개는 앱의 '프로필 관리'에서 언제든 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.
• '더보기 → 계정 설정 → 회원 탈퇴'로 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 열 수 없을 때는 계정 삭제 안내를 봐 주세요.

The Aquadote app has not launched yet. Part 1 (this website) applies now. Part 2 (the app) is a draft that will be finalized at launch. If anything changes, we will post it here with the date.

Aquadote. is operated by Lee Jaehoon ("we"), based in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect on this website (aquadote.app) and in the app, and how we handle it. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version applies.

Part 1 · This website (aquadote.app)

1. What we collect

• This site does not ask for your email address or phone number. You can get launch news through app store pre-registration or Instagram; any information you give there is handled by that service (Google, Apple, Instagram) under its own policy.
• We have not added any cookies, analytics or advertising tools to this site. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
• Your language choice, the list of notes you left, and the keys used to delete them are stored only in your browser on your device. Clearing site data removes them.
• The companies that deliver this site and store its data (section 4) may process connection logs such as IP address and browser type to run their services.

2. Why we use it

• Nickname and note: shown on this site after we review them, and used as feedback while we build the app.
• Hashed IP address: only to stop spam and flooding from the same source.

3. How long we keep it

• Published notes: kept until you delete them or we take them down.
• Notes we have hidden: deleted 30 days after they were hidden.
• Notes waiting for review: kept until we publish or hide them.
• Hashed IP addresses and hashed delete keys: deleted together with the note they belong to.

4. Service providers and transfers outside Korea

Data is sent over the internet when you open the site or leave a note, and is kept for the periods in section 3. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

5. Seeing or deleting your data

• Your notes: tap [Delete] on the device you wrote them from. To delete or edit a note from another device, email hello@aquadote.app.
• Any other request to access, correct, delete or restrict your data can be sent to the same address.

6. Children

This site does not collect personal information from children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not leave a note. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

7. How we protect it

• Traffic between the site and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
• The notes cannot be read or written directly from outside. They can only be accessed through fixed functions, and only the nickname, text and date of published notes are public.

Part 2 · The Aquadote app (pre-launch draft)

This part will be finalized when the app launches and may change if features change before then.

8. What the app collects

• When you sign up: email, password and nickname. Passwords are stored encrypted and we cannot see them.
• When you sign in with Google: the email, name (or nickname) and profile photo address that Google provides. We create a separate temporary nickname and do not show the name from Google to other users.
• If you add them to your profile: profile photo, short bio and link (visible to other users).
• As you use the app: posts (photos, videos, text, hashtags), comments, likes, follows, tank records (tanks, photos, descriptions, livestock, water changes, water tests, tank log), reviews, favorites, species you submit and their photos, reports, your block list, support messages, and pixel card, pearl, check-in and mission records.
• Visible to other users: nickname, profile, posts, comments, who follows whom, tanks you made public, and reviews. To-do records such as water changes and your tank log are not public.
• Species submission photos (originals): kept in private storage and visible only to you and the operator. Other users only see the "AI specimen illustration" made with the photo as reference.

9. Why the app uses it

• To identify members, sign you in and reset passwords
• To provide the community (posts, comments, follows), species guide, tanks, reviews, pixel cards and other features
• To make AI specimen illustrations from submission photos and to write and check species guide entries
• To handle reports and answer support messages

10. How long the app keeps it

• When you delete your account we delete your account, nickname, profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, tank records, reviews, favorites, support messages, cards, species awaiting approval, the photos and videos you uploaded, and your original submission photos.
• Species entries that were already approved stay in the guide as guide content, with your name removed.

11. App service providers and transfers outside Korea

We do not send member information such as names or emails to AI services.

12. Your choices in the app

• You can change or remove your nickname, profile photo and bio at any time under Edit profile.
• You can delete your account at any time under More → Account settings → Delete account. If you cannot open the app, see how to delete your account.
